Everybody accepts that quality cannot be inspected-in to the product and similarly, accuracy cannot be achieved purely by counting the inventory more often. This course is based on a clear three phase programme that will give delegates a structured way to design new Inventory Management processes; obtain high levels of accuracy; and maintain those high levels through the effi cient application of cycle counting techniques.
